Fence & Guardrail Foreman
Overview
We are seeking fence & guardrail installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in fence/guardrail, construction, or landscaping, with experience in installing various types of fencing. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install various types of fence & guardrail, including wood/timber, metal beam, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental.
- Perform concrete finishing and forming for fence posts as needed.
- Conduct landscape maintenance around installed fences to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation tasks.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks (minimum 75lbs) while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and management to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites.
Qualifications
- Experience in fence installation or related construction fields preferred.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license, medical card, and OSHA 10.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to fence installation.
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions year-round.
- Possession of a CDL is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and coworkers.

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
